Sourcing is charged on unlock, not on search. A user runs a search, sees every match for free, and pays only for the profiles they choose to unlock. Executive and niche technical searches carry the 8-credit band, shown on the search form before the search runs.
A credit costs $0.10 in India and $0.14 everywhere else. That is the only thing that changes by region. Every rate above is the same number of credits in every market, so a 30-minute interview is 38 credits whether the client is in Ahmedabad or Austin.
Plan prices already reflect this, which is why the region toggle on the plans changes the monthly figure and not the credit allowance. Top-ups, credit packs and extra seats follow the same two prices.
Every plan buys credits at the same $0.10 face value. Bigger plans buy at a bigger discount and unlock the collaboration and agency features a larger team needs.

Credits belong to the organisation, not the seat. Any user in the org draws from the same balance. Adding or removing a seat never moves credits.
No cap, no monthly reset. On cancellation, remaining credits stay spendable for 60 days and then expire.

Scoring an already-parsed candidate against a new job description costs 1 credit per 20 re-scores. It does not consume the monthly parsing quota; it draws from the credit wallet directly, so the charge is the same inside or outside quota.
Generating an interview or assessment link costs nothing. Credits are debited only when the candidate actually starts the session. A candidate who never turns up costs you nothing.
A 30-minute interview costs 40 credits whether the candidate finishes in 22 minutes or runs the full slot. Predictability matters more than precision here.
If a session fails for a reason on our side, the credits return to the wallet automatically within the hour and the ledger shows the reversal.
Unanswered calls, busy tones and voicemail are free. Connected minutes are rounded up to the next whole minute.
