Live today · Inbuilt Agentic ATS

Move the pipeline yourself. Then stop moving it

The Inbuilt ATS is the pipeline brain that coordinates all seven IntervueBox agents. Below is one recruiter workspace. Drive it by hand first. Then hand it over and watch the same board run itself on rules you can read, with every move written down and the Offer column still locked behind you.

Free credits on signup. No demo gate. Replace your ATS or run on top of Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, BambooHR, Darwinbox, Zoho and ERPNext.

Act 01
You move every card

Read it, advance it, send the note yourself. Applications keep arriving while you click.

The switch
Hand it to the agent

The rules are already written at the top of each column. Turning the agent on lets them fire.

Act 02
The board runs itself

Rules fire, the feed replays every move, one exception surfaces to you and the Offer gate holds.

Human gate

Nothing crosses this line on its own. Not in manual mode, not in agent mode. Only a named human approves an offer.

Every card needs you: read it, advance it, then go tell the candidate it happened.

Two clicks, one candidate. And applications do not stop arriving because you started clicking.

The switch · hand it over

One switch. Same board.

The rules are already written at the top of each column. Turning the agent on lets them fire. The seven agents keep filling and working the pipeline. You keep the gate.

Agent is on

Rules fire, the feed replays every move, and the same seven agents run underneath: sourcing, screening, calling, WhatsApp, interviewing, assessments and scheduling.

The rules were readable the whole time. Nothing is hidden behind a black box.

You keep the Offer gate. That is the one decision that stays human.

Act 2 · agent · watch it run

The board cleared itself. Except the last call.

01

Rules, not vibes. Every move shows the rule id that fired and the inputs it used.

02

Evidence, not gut feel. Scores come from the live agents that source, screen, call and interview, not a keyword match.

03

Exceptions surface. Fatima's 90-day notice broke R3, so she is flagged to you instead of quietly moved.

04

You keep the final call. The Offer column has no rule. It has a button, and only a named human can press it.

Same board, same candidates, same rules. What changed is who does the clicking.

One exception flagged, one offer held at the gate. The agent stops where you begin.

What the Inbuilt ATS does

The Inbuilt ATS is the pipeline brain of IntervueBox. It coordinates all seven agents that do the work of hiring: the AI Sourcing Agent, AI Resume Screening, the AI Calling Agent, the WhatsApp engagement agent, the AI Interviewer, AI Assessments and the scheduling agent. You configure the workflow once, with your own stages and rules, and the agents run it around the clock.

Every candidate, conversation and score sits under one record and moves through your stages on rules you can read at the top of each column. Applied, Invited, Appeared, In Progress, Evaluating, Evaluated, then Shortlisted, Hold or Reject. Exceptions surface to a human instead of being quietly moved, and no candidate crosses into an offer without a named person approving it. Replace your ATS, or run the Inbuilt ATS on top of Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, BambooHR, Darwinbox, Zoho and ERPNext.

One brain, seven agents

Sourcing, screening, calling, WhatsApp, interviewing, assessments and scheduling all write to the same pipeline.

Rules you can read

Each column shows the rule that moves a card and the inputs it used, so every decision is auditable.

Real status vocabulary

Applied, Invited, Appeared, In Progress, Evaluating, Evaluated, then Shortlisted, Hold or Reject.

Exceptions surface

When a candidate breaks a rule, they are flagged to a human instead of being moved automatically.

Human gate on offers

The Offer column has no rule. It has a button, and only a named human can press it.

Keep your ATS or replace it

Integrates with Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, BambooHR, Darwinbox, Zoho and ERPNext, or runs standalone.

What teams say

Sample quotes shown for layout review. Real customer stories will replace these.

The pipeline moves itself now. Rules fire, exceptions surface, and I only touch the cards that actually need a human.

One place from application to offer, with every agent writing to the same record. We retired three tools.

The offer gate held when a candidate on a long notice slipped through the rules. It flagged instead of moving. That saved us.

Frequently asked questions

Is IntervueBox an ATS or AI recruiting software?

Both. It is an applicant tracking system whose pipeline is operated by AI agents with a human review for each action. Use it standalone or as the automation layer over your existing ATS.

What does the AI recruiter actually automate?

Sourcing and matching, resume screening, phone screening, WhatsApp engagement, interview scheduling, structured AI interviews, assessments, scoring and pipeline actions, with human approval wherever you want it.

How is this different from workflow rules in a normal ATS?

Rules follow if-then logic you configure by hand. IntervueBox agents understand context: they read resumes, hold conversations, evaluate answers and recommend actions with the evidence attached. Every move names the rule that fired and the inputs behind it.

Do we have to replace our ATS to use IntervueBox?

No. IntervueBox either replaces your ATS with its Inbuilt Agentic ATS or integrates with the system you already run, including Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, BambooHR, Darwinbox, Zoho and ERPNext, acting as the AI layer on top.

Can hiring managers collaborate inside the pipeline?

Yes. Recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers work from the same candidate record, with notes, feedback, scores and evidence in one view, so reviews happen in context instead of over email threads.

Is our candidate data secure in an AI-run pipeline?

IntervueBox maintains GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and UAE PDPL compliance, with role-based access controls. Every agent writes to a single governed record, which is easier to secure and audit than data scattered across point tools.

Drive it by hand once. Then hand it over.
