Cancellation and Refund Policy

At IntervueBox, we aim to provide our customers with a seamless and high-value experience. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your subscription or request a refund.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your IntervueBox subscription at any time

by contacting us at [email protected].

Note:
Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for early termination.

2. Refund Eligibility

A. One Time Charges and Subscription Plans (Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Annual)

Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:

  • Technical Issues: Verified issues that cannot be resolved within 7 business days.
  • Billing Errors: Incorrect charges due to a system error.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Unused credits or remaining time
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date
B. Pay-Per-Use Credits

Refunds are not applicable for purchased pay-per-use credits (e.g., interviews or calling minutes).
However, credits may be reissued for failed or incomplete interviews due to platform errors, after validation.

3. White-Label and Enterprise Licenses

Custom contracts, including white-label or reseller agreements, are governed by their own terms as defined in your Service Agreement (MSA) or Subscription Agreement.

4. Rollover Credits

For qualifying plans, unused interview credits may roll over, provided your subscription remains active and is not canceled.

5. Requesting a Refund

Email [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your registered email
  • Invoice number
  • Reason for cancellation or refund

Requests are reviewed within 14 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension. Please reach out to us first to resolve any concerns.

7. Changes to Policy

IntervueBox reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
